  • 1 Water (as needed)
  • 3 Celery stalks
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 Small Cucumber

  • Wash and chop the celery into small pieces.
  • Wash and slice the cucumber. You can peel it if you prefer a milder taste.
  • Peel and chop the ginger into smaller pieces for easy blending.
  • Juice the Lemon and set the juice aside.
  • Place the celery, cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves in a blender.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth. If it's too thick, add a little water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the elixir and adjust the flavor as needed. You can add more lemon juice for extra zing or a touch of honey if you prefer a sweeter taste (though remember that adding honey will increase the calorie content).
